3DTRAINS BETA LOCOMOTIVE INSTALLATION & FILE NOTES
EMD GP9 Demo v1.0 for Microsoft® Train Simulator
File Date: 10.08.01
_______________________________________________________
INTRODUCTION

Welcome, and thank you for downloading the 3DTrains GP9 Demo. This locomotive has been a long time coming, as our recent focus was on a fund raiser for families of LTV Steel.

As with all our products the same quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in our commercial models can be found in the GP9 Demo. An excellent addition to your personal MSTS locomotive collection.

We hope you enjoy your new locomotive!

Cheers!

NOTES ON SKINS

Included are the needed templates for painting your new GP9. Also included are a series of JPG files illustrating where things should go on the skins. If you're unsure about something, please drop us a note.

One final note on skins...Although we had previously asked that no 's' files be distributed with your new skins, we're lifting this restriction to better ease the installations for end users. This also benefits you, since now you shouldn't have to deal with tech issues for your files.

Included template files are detailed as follows:

GP9:

 - GP9a.bmp - Locomotive Details
 - GP9b.bmp - Locomotive Main Image
 - GP9c.tga - Chain
 - GP9d.bmp - Diamond PLate
 - GP9n.bmp - Number Boards
 - GP9w.tga - Wheels
