MSTS  AT&SF 'Zebra Stripe' FM H16-44 V1.1

This is a model of a Fairbanks-Morse built H16-44 in AT&SF 'Zebra Stripes'.  This is an update of the model that corrects several issues,
1. The wheels now turn.
2. The handrails are now remapped to allow for easier repainting.
3. The transparency settings are corrected to allow for direct tinting of the windows.
