A short EULA for all NEPS products.

1. All custom shapes can be repainted or used in a route, credit is all that is asked for as longs as the file is uploaded to www.train-sim.com
2. If you wish to upload your repaints or routes elsewhere, permission is needed.
3. Custom Cabviews are not to be redistrubuted, unless granted permission.
3. Custom Sounds are not to be redistrubuted, unless granted permission.
4. Our Routes are not to be redistrubuted, unless granted permission.
5. We are not responsible of the end users pc if there is a problem with the file installment. However we can assist if required.
6. You may contact us only via forum, or by email if requesting permission for the above reasons.
7. If a file is missing something such as a credit, we will alert you, and let you know it should be changed.
8. All Files released by New England Paint Shop, may NOT be used for payware products, unless permission is granted by the creater or the model.
