REPAINTS: There are TWO policies regarding repaints:

                      1. For the loco:
This project, from it's inception, was designed as a
tribute and appreciation of the glory of the John Wilkes.
Quite simply, there was nothing else like it; and (with
that in mind) the ONLY repaints of the loco I will authorize
are those which: maintain the integrity of the John Wilke's
original appearance. Obviously, this completely rules-out
repaints into other companies' liveries (why would you even
want to do that?). But feel free to improve upon the authentic
                                      appearance.

                      2. Consist: Do as you please.
