The GM&O SD40 series are sole property of Paul Fowler, GM&O SIMULATIONS. 

The SD40s cannot be uploaded anywhere else, although repaints are allowed with .ACE files 

ONLY, uploaded to other sites with permission.



Reskined .ACE files may be uploaded to other sites..but remember!!!

...the shape files CANNOT be uploaded anywhere else. 

All credits must be supplied with the re-skinned SD40. 

I am also not responsible for damages to your system, and there are no warranties on my work, 

though I'll do my best to help you with any trouble that may result 

(but I'm sure won't be needed as the SD40s test fine here).
