MSTS HLCX SD40-2 8166

 Renumber and patch for the default SD40-2 into HLCX 8166. MSTS update containing the 
SD40-2 required. Cab and Sound files from default SD40-2 also required to run this locomotive.
Not included to minimise file size. Thanks to Verne Horton and Train Artisan for the model
