Installation:
1. Copy the Cabview and Sound folders from SLI.ATSF and place them in the ICE SD40-2 folder.
2. Make a copy of the ATSF SD40-2 5124 shape, paste it in the ICE SD40-2 folder and rename it to whatever the .sd file is called.
3. Copy both SD40-GLASS.ace and SD40-INT.ace and place them in the ICE SD40-2 folder.
4. Create a consist and ENJOY!
