The infamous IC GP50 #3140. The GP50 that was downgraded to a GP38.    This engine were made from SLI BN_GP50_2_3114 from the BN Pack , 
The engine is required for the shape file, sound and a CABVIEW to start.  
This model is released thanks to Streamlines new Repaint Policy.
Requires SLI BN GP50 #3114 for shape file and sound.  You will also need the cabview to start
