Installation:

1) Make a copy of (DO NOT MOD YOUR ORIGINAL) UP_GP38dash2_622.s

2) Place the copy in a temporary directory for the time being.

3) Uncompress the shapefile using the program of your choice.

4) Find the following section- it is about 1/4th the way down:

	prim_states ( 11
		prim_state 7_-_Default ( 00000000 1
			tex_idxs ( 1 3 ) 0 1 0 0 1
		)
		prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0
			tex_idxs ( 1 0 ) 0 0 0 0 1
		)
		prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0
			tex_idxs ( 1 0 ) 0 3 0 0 1
		)
		prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0
			tex_idxs ( 1 0 ) 0 4 0 0 1
		)
		prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0
			tex_idxs ( 1 0 ) 0 5 0 0 1
		)
		prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0

5) Change it to look like this:

*NOTE- All you are changing is the 5th and 6th lines of that section-
  
 On the fith line- "prim_state 1_-_Default ( 00000000 0"- you are changing the last "0" to a "1"
 
 On the sixth line- "tex_idxs ( 1 0 ) 0 0 0 0 1"- you are changing the 4rd "0" to a "1"

6) Make sure that during your changes, you have not changed any of the spacing or characters anywhere else.

7) Save your changes and recompress the shapefile.

8) Make 5 copys of the now modified shape file and place one in each KCS GP38-2 folder.

9) Rename each shape to correspond with the .sd file located in that folder.

10) Create a consist and enjoy!
