Please feel free to "re-skin" this model. The only thing I ask is that credit is given
for the files (such as the shape and eng files) that are used or modified from the original model.

The General Electric U23B was a medium power road switcher designed for both yard work
and mainline freights. These multi-purpose locomotives proved themselves popular with
railroads as approximately 465 were built. Railroads that have owned U23Bs include:

Santa Fe
Missouri Pacific
Reading and Northern
Delaware and Hudson
Lehigh Valley
Western Pacific
Providence & Worcester
Louisville and Nashville
Southern Railway
Milwaukee Road
Chessie System (C&O)
Union Pacific
Penn Central
Maine Central
and others.

As these units became older, many class one railroads traded in or sold their U23Bs
so it is possible to find many of these locomotives still in operation today on
shortline and industrial roads.

Texturing Issues: This model was textured utilizing a 1024 x 1024 pixel texture file.

To install:
1) point the self extracting program to your MS Train Simulator root directory
   (usually "\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\")

2) this installation program will copy all the necessary files to the proper
   location from there.

3) the installation will create the needed folders - you can then build a consist
with your new item! If the model is a locomotive, the install program will install
a default consist of the locomotives to you can run the new model right away!
