Blank SD40-2 textures for the MSTS 1.2 SD40-2

These are generic (gray) textures for the Train Artisan/Kuju SD40-2 released in the Microsoft Train Simulator 1.2 content update.  They are based on the original textures by Verne Horton of TA.  The BNSF paint has been stripped out to make reskinning easier.

Model not included.  You will need the 1.2 content update.
