This is a model of a Midland Valley Railway GP-9. It has been reskinned by Cody Winkleman. The Midland Valley ran from Ft. Smith, AR., to Wichita, KS. This GP-9 was reskinned for the Midland Valley route for MSTS.

Thanks to 3d Trains and Marc Nelson for this detailed and realistic model..

There isn't any need to copy over the CABVIEW and SOUND directories from the GP38 - they have already been aliased in this model.


HOW TO INSTALL THIS LOCOMOTIVE

1) Unzip the entire contents in a folder named MVRR_GP9 under the \Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\Trains\Trainset directory.
2) Create a consist for this locomotive under your MSTS editor
