I have Reskined the SP C44-9W into NS C40-9W #9822.  These require the .s file from SP C44-9W CC the Eng and 
AI Eng file are provided along with re-worked Physics plus screen pics that can be viewed with Conbuilder by 
highlighting the unit and right clicking.  

Install and How to instructions:
Extract unit to the Trainset folder. Copy the Cabview and .s file from the SP C44-9W into the new units folder, 
rename the the .s shape file acodingly SP_C44dash9W_8178 to (NS_C40-9W_#9822) & Plus the dash9c.ace and dash9d.ace
