This file can be used to convert Teemu Saukkonen's EL 8130 flat car to a scale test car by using the FreightAnim line in the wag file 

add the line below to the existing 8130 wag file

 FreightAnim ( scale_test_car.s 1 1 )

You may need to use Shape File Manager to get the proper placement on the car

shape built and textured by Michael Gilmore 
this model is freeware please dont sell it
