Were a very small operation. Unauthorized duplication of our trainsets creates a hardship on usand generally it is just not right... No one likes to see their work get ripped off, including yourself.

THE LAYMAN'S COPYRIGHT:

TrainSkinner has worked extremely hard to produce an outstanding and unique trainset for Microsoft Train Simulator at an affordable price. Unauthorized copying and sharing of them can rob us of a chance to sell a trainset to that potential customer. Additionally, future volumes will depend on the success of previous ones. Please, please, please show screenshot images to your friends and tell them where to purchase the trainset, but don't make a copy for them. We have priced them reasonable enough to be afforadbale to all.

TrainSkinner grants you and you alone non-transferable rights to use this SOFTWARE... YOU may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE on a single computer, and make one back-up copy of the Software. YOU may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE to someone else... The LICENSE for this SOFTWARE is granted to YOU and may not be shared... common sense really...
