	"Nel luglio del 1967, con la consegna della E.444.001, iniziava di fatto la storia del locomotore più importante "+

	"Quattro prototipi costruiti (001 - 004), 52 locomotori di prima serie (006 - 057), 60 di seconda (058 - 117) ed "+
	"un prototipo ad azionamento elettronico di trazione full chopper (005), fecero di questo locomotore la punta di "+
	"diamante delle Ferrovie Italiane che sin dall'inizio gli affidarono la trazione dei convogli più prestigiosi "+
	"della rete. Con rodiggio Bo' - Bo' ed un motore da 3.820 kW (3.040 per i prototipi 001 - 004, 4.500 per il "+
	"prototipo 005) erano capaci di sviluppare una velocità di oltre 200 km/h. Tutte le unità sono state oggetto in "+
	"questi ultimi anni di un'operazione di riqualificazione che ha portato alla rimozione delle vecchie cabine, "+
