Create missing world files


This programs lists which world files are missing from a route and will create these missing world files using a default template.

Includes a calculator that converts between world and tile file names.

Missing world sound files slow the performance of Route Editor. Missing world files produce the follow error messages from ICHK of TsUits:

Sound-File 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\Routes\GM&OSS\World\w-011618+014304.ws' is not defined!
 ---> World-File 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator\Routes\GM&OSS\World\w-011619+014305.w' is not defined! ('-07110ab4')


Usage

The default path to your Train Simulator installation is read from the registry. To change the path enter it into the Path text box and click Select. To restore the default path clear the text and click Select.

Select your route under the Routes list. To create all of the missing world files click Create Missing.

If your route has world files without a matching tile you can either create the missing tiles in Route Geography Creator or delete the world files by clicking Delete Extra.

If you edit the source code in missing.vbs the publisher will no longer be recognized.
