Go to your Trains/Trainset/SLI.BN folder, and copy the following files and paste them into the GMTX_GP38-2_2208 folder

BN_GP38_2_2105.s 
GP38c.ace
GP38d.ace
SD40_GLASS.ace
SD40_INT.ace

Rename the shape file, to match that of the .sd file.
